Melody ToornemanDescription
Most of us are familiar with Lavender as a plant that supports relaxation. Whether you have experienced an essential oil as part of a massage, a lavender infused eye mask, lavender oil applied to your pulse points, or a cup of lavender tea, we all have probably experienced the calming effects of lavender! However, what you may not be aware of, is that lavender is healing to the skin, calms the nervous system and enhances your sense of well being. Lavender is also a good herb for muscle spasms, headaches and topical inflammation.
