Welcome to the Beginners yoga
course! Fast-track your learning with this course which spans over
3 weekends and 6 hours in total. With only 10 students enrolled on
this workshop, this is an intimate learning environment, perfect
for asking questions and building confidence.

• Key yoga postures, including
all major standing postures and some seated
• Learn the correct alignment
for poses
• Learn how to
flow
• Breathing
techniques
• Relaxing postures from Yin
and Restorative
• Meditation
• Basic philosophy of
yoga
You will be introduced to the fundamentals of yoga poses, concentrating on healthy alignment and establishing a deeper awareness of your breathing. An introduction to relaxation and basic breathing techniques will also be given.
This workshop creates a strong and safe foundation from which you can then investigate the different styles of yoga offered at Yoga Hook.
