Celebrating the balance between equal night and day, join Sonal in this special Autumn Equinox Mini Retreat as we come together to harvest the fruits of our intentions to make space for slowing down as we head towards the Winter Solstice.

The mini-retreat will open with the vibration of our intentions, mudra and breath - setting the scene at the start of the journey before flowing through a movement practice balancing breath and movement as a powerful offering in moving meditation and devotion. We will play with balance, so expect the unexpected as we flirt with our comfort zones!

We will continue into a guided breathwork (pranayama), restoratives, guided meditation, leading into a yoga nidra, so that we are open and spacious to receive the Power of Crystal Alchemy Sound. Pouring that energy into the Alchemy Bowls, they will be harmonised by music theory of sound to play the vibration of balancing our energies. Sonal’s newest member, the Divya Svara will chime you into another realm.

Be prepared for a fully immersive transformational experience where you will meet yourself on the mat.
