In the training you will learn:

• In-depth anatomical understanding

• The art and methodology of sequencing a smart, wise and effective yoga class

• A deep dive into the philosophy of this practice and why we teach what we teach.

• Study of the Asana, physical practice, including alignment, how it relates back to anatomical structure and modifications.

• Practicum

• The Business of Yoga

• Teaching yoga to different levelsOur opening session will be held in-person on April 25th for meet and greet.

All other weekends will be as follows:

Friday → sessions will be held virtually 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm. 

Saturdays → will be 9:00 am yoga in-person followed by sequence discussion and anatomy, 20 to 30 minute break, quick lunch and learn (bring your own lunch or order take out from a local downtown restaurant), we will cover material until about 4:30 pm

Sunday → will be a virtual lecture from 9:30 am - 11:30 am and pre-recorded class to do at your availability (NOTE: there will be Q&A over these classes at the following weekend regarding that weekend's lecture discussion example questions: what was the peak pose? What component parts did you see in warm up?)

Tuition if paid in full by March 2nd, 2025: $1,875. If paid after March 30th: $2,375. *(for people interested in taking the training that already have a 200hr training, we offer our training at a discount to continue to grow and learn please reach out).

• Guest Teacher Class at Topeka Yoga Network led by program founder Jessa Peterson February 8th at 9:00am

•  40 classes at Topeka Yoga Network to use outside training weekends
