This November, we’re not just growing moustaches - we’re MO-VING for men’s health! Stay Gold’s Movember team, The Golden MO-vers, is calling on YOU MO-FOs to join the cause. Together, we’re setting a goal to each walk or run 60km throughout the month to honor the 60 men lost every hour to suicide around the world.

Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just looking to get active, everyone can participate - Movember is all about coming together for a bigger purpose. We’ll be hosting a Walking Club to help you hit that 60km goal.
