Pre-requisites: This is a progressional class from Tween Improver.

Must be comfortable in footlocks in the air (single & double footlocks) gazelle invert, hiplock as fundamentals. Comfortable with climbing and doing multiple tricks in a row and drops at height. If you are not sure if you reach the pre-reqs send us an email to confirm 

11yrs+ (open to 10yrs+ who have done multiple sessions with us)

What to wear/bring:

Please wear leggings or a tight pant on the bottom. We recommend cotton as some lycra fabrics can be slippery on the silk. On the top, wear a tight fitted tank top. We also recommend bringing a long-sleeved shirt to prevent fabric burns in the armpits.

Please bring a water bottle; we do not have a water fountain at the studio. No glass water bottles.

You can also bring a notebook to take notes during the class and your phone to take videos at the end.

Also note that for the safety of our equipment and to avoid rips, tears or scratched on the apparatus, please avoid wearing anything with zips, buttons or anything that could snag the fabric or scratch the pole. Socks and all jewellery should be removed before using the equipment.
