This high energy summer program is designed to help middle school and early high school athletes maximize their potential. Our experienced Sports Performance and Strength and Conditioning Coaches will guide you through drills and exercises to improve your power, speed and agility, weightlifting techniques, and your mental toughness.  .

Power: Develop explosive strength for faster starts, harder throws, and powerful jumps.

Speed & Agility: Become quicker on your feet, improve reaction time, and master sharp changes in direction.

Weightlifting Techniques: Learn safe and effective lifting techniques to build strength and improve overall athleticism.

Mental Toughness: Develop the focus and determination needed to dominate on the field and on the court.

This program is perfect for any young athlete looking to take their game to the next level. We'll combine challenging workouts with fun, competitive drills to keep you motivated all summer long!

This program will be held on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursdays 6pm - 7:15pm from June 17 to August 9.

Total Program Cost is all inclusive at $349 or payments can be broken down into one of our payment plans.
