Join Paige & Shelby (5 yr) for a playful Mommy & Me partner yoga. We will breathe, stretch, twist and balance in a fun practice meant to encourage healthy minds and bodies, but also to nurture your mother/child bond. This is partner-style, so only 1 child per adult. While this is called “mommy” and me, please feel welcome to come with a niece/nephew, grandchild, etc. Best for kids age 5-9, but we have wiggle room:)
