Join the Studio 108 community on the Spring Equinox as we awaken Mother Earth and send a sound frequency call to the Universal Mother. 

We will gather in the silent + sacred early morning hours (6am) for Kundalini Yoga kriyas + the chanting of Maa. 

The Divine Sheild Meditation (Maa) is the sound frequency of the child calling out to the mother. It is a powerful group meditation that strengthens the aura providing protection + positivity. When we call Maa, Universal Mother comes to our aid. Spring will naturally awaken and flow forth from the center of our own heart!
