Join Erin and Carly for a 90 minute sculpt-n-flow playshop. A fusion of two Atha favorites, the practice will start by setting an intention of gratitude - for the self and loved ones, for the season, for the year. We will proceed with the Grit-ifying sculpt with Erin, to gently (and unapologetically) shift our turkey-induced slumber. Then, Carly's delicious flow followed by yin-inspired releasing sequence will uplift the mood, cheer up the spirit, and calm the mind - right in time for the holiday season.
