for this 90min master class where we will take a deeper look at our
yoga practice, workshop poses and explore the possibilities
within.
When: Thursday, March 30th, 6:30 - 8:00pm
Where: Guilford - 647 Boston Post Road
Fee: $25, auto-pay members recieve 10% discount
Workshop Cancelation Policy: Non-Refundable. Due to limited space, we request that you cancel at least one week before a workshop. This gives us the opportunity to fill the event. You may cancel by phone or by email. If you cancel before the one week, you will receive an account credit towards any future purchase. Unused portions of workshop series are non-refundable.
Chrissy Carter
is a yoga educator, meditation teacher, and multi-hyphenate
creative who inspires the art of mindful living through her
teaching, writing, and home practice. With nearly twenty years of
experience as a yoga teacher and teacher trainer, Chrissy is known
for her intelligent, intuitive, and heartfelt teaching. Chrissy
leads 300-hour advanced teacher trainings, has led over thirty
200-hour teacher trainings, and is a mentor to some of the most
highly-regarded yoga teachers in the country. Chrissy worked at
YogaWorks in NYC for sixteen years where she served as a senior
teacher and lead trainer and she has appeared in numerous
publications such as The New York Times, Live Happy Magazine, and
the cover of Yoga Journal.
