Bathe in the rich and nourishing sounds by Adrian while Becky guides you through a Nourishing Yin Yoga practice, a sequence curated to bring you back into balance, closer to your natural state of harmony and leave you feeling deeply restored.

About your hosts:

Adrian: International Touring musician Adrian Thomas has a rich pedigree in music, supporting musician’s such as Missy Higgins and Dan Sultan, recording with Indigenous Artists Such as David Hudson(Didgeridoo) and Ben Hakalitz(Yothu Yindi) touring Hawaii and playing many of QLD’s biggest Festivals. Adrian's deep/powerful vocals blend Ancient Chants, looped Didgeridoo, Crystal Bowls and Monsoon Rainstick creating a rich tapestry on a Journey of healing/transformative and deeply powerful Soundscapes. 

Adrian has studied Ho’oponopono, sat with Hawaiian Kahuna, learned Medicine Wheel and Shamanic Practice with Lakota Medicine Men and drank Peyote with Peruvian Shaman. He has studied Indigenous Dreamtime Healing and worked for many years in Indigenous Communities, spending years meditating/studying at Vedic based centre's, learning Ayurvedic teachings and Yoga. Adrian is a Reiki level two, Black Belt in Wing Chun Kung Fu (Grandmaster William Cheung:Ip Man, Bruce Lee) and an avid student of Mantak Chia’s Taoist Practice. He has sat countless Vipassana courses, spending time in Osho and Krishna based ashram’s and has a deep experience in Christian spiritual life, Adrian fuses a deep spiritual knowing into his powerful songwriting and storytelling.

Becky: Becky has been sharing the practices and gifts of Yoga for 8 years from the sacred space of the heart. Becky truly believes that Yoga is the gift that keeps on giving. Having studied numerous variations of Meditation, Pranayama, Yoga including but not limited to Yin, Vinyasa, Ashtanga. Becky has studied in Neuroscience and how this can be applied to a Yoga practice, plus many more courses and events to help deepen her knowledge and ignite her passion for the ancient wisdom that lies within the practices. Offering her heart in each class, workshop and retreat; attendees are invited to show up with and as all that they are - to be fully held in that space. Expect a nourishing, nurturing experience where Becky invites you to open your heart within the container of safety that is created.
