Looking at this transitionary season through an Ayurvedic lense, this time is dominated by the Vata dosha, which is associated with air and ether—qualities that bring movement, change, and expansion but can also lead to instability, anxiety, and a sense of being ungrounded.

For Non Members: Please join us on our challenge pack for $290* for 20 classes over the 30 days from 3rd March 

*Usually $290 for 10 classes so as part of our challenge, you get 20 classes for the price of 10!
