Join us for another intimate gathering at the time of the New Moon,
This will be an intentional and heart-lead gathering as we meet in Sacred Circle to slowly revive and rejuvenate from the Winter months.
The evening will include:
- A guided meditation preparing us for the awakening and celebration of Spring! 

- A collective energy clearing that will clear any stagnant energy from Winter. 
- A gentle Yoga flow that will restore and bring into balance our body and breath
- Breathwork practices to support our nervous system as we move into a new season
- A collective reading in alignment with the group's energy
- A 'Ritual Kit' and keepsake to encourage self-practice and integration after this gathering
- Sharing in Sacred Circle - a safe space to share, be supported and guided by Integrative and Holistic Healer Tamrin 

This evening will be guided by Tamrin Feldman-Laporta; an Integrative Healer, Intuitive Coach and Yoga teacher who is passionate about bringing people together in the Sacred community.
