Level II-B registration also entitles you to 2 Level I classes

each week at no extra cost.

Attend 2 of our 4 Level II  classes and 2 of our 5 Level I classes each week.

NOTE: Except for Sunday, all Level II classes will be in person only.

Level II open to all who have previously completed one full term of Level I.

In Level II students focus on learning the 37 segments of the Tai Chi short form, while further developing the fundamental principles introduced in Level I. Awareness of internal energy, and the process of becoming more physically and psychologically grounded are emphasized at this level. Students are also introduced to two-person Tai Chi exercises called “sensing hands.”

Ongoing participation in Level I as you explore Level II will greatly enhance your experience of tai chi principles while learning the Tai Chi Short Form. 

If you are a Level II student you will automatically be registered for Level I. No need to register separately.

Level II Classes meet at the following times immediately following most Level I classes:
