What is a sound bath?

A sound bath uses various instruments, such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and tingshas, to create deep, resonant tones that help align the body and mind through vibration. The crystal singing bowls correspond to the seven chakras, that harmonize with the body’s internal energy systems, bringing balance and healing.
