Bio - Mary Ann’s life took an unexpected turn in 2016 that led her towards a dark night of the Soul. Walls had been built around her heart and she felt disconnected from her true self. As with all dark nights, the only way out, was through. Mary Ann found sparks of light in Yoga, Thai Yoga Massage, Reiki, Crystal Healing, Aromatherapy and Candle Making; all coming together to illuminate her path of healing and self re-discovery. Mary Ann now lights a path for others who may be lost after an unexpected turn.
