Reiki level 1 is the beginning of your journey with understanding this form of energy work.  This course will teach you the history of Reiki, what it is and how to use Reiki in your everyday life.  Some of you reading this have had a reading 1:1 appointment or maybe some of you are reading this and have never experienced a Reiki session.  For either scenario, your intuition and curiosity are calling. This practice can be for you or it can be something that you work to offer others. You will receive your first attunement to Reiki, which will aid you in being able to channel this energy.  Our day will begin with meditation and theory; the second part of our day will be attunements and practice.

You will learn: 

• the history of Reiki
• what is Reiki?
• how to apply Reiki to healing the body,
• the hand positions of Reiki for self and others
• to offer healing treatments for others
• about the subtle bodies (chakras)
• how to protect your energy fields and learn about cord-cutting

You will receive:

• your first attunement for Reiki healing.

What to bring:

1) Comfortable clothes

2) Notebook

3) Any snacks

4) Any items you would like to add to our altar (you will take them home after)

5) Open mind and heart

There are two options for the training, two sessions of two hours or 1 session of 4 hours. 

The first session is theory and the second session is attunements and practical.
