This workshop will explore how using our voice can create a sense of integration between our body and mind.

 

It will include some simple chants, and we will get a taste of the Sanskrit language and how it resonates within the body.

 

The voice is part of me, but it’s not the whole. The body is part of me, but it’s not the whole. The mind is a part of me, but that also is not the whole. 

 

We all have a voice, a mind and a body. Can we love them all equally? Unconditionally? 

 

When the different parts of me work together, knowing that they are loved and appreciated, then I catch glimpses of the whole. And it is awesome. It is food for the soul. 

 

It’s a ‘coming home.’
