In this class you will be guided through gentle movement leading into an hour of supported yoga poses using blankets, bolsters, and blocks. Each restorative pose will be held for 5-10 minutes. The monks will chant prayers during this restful, nurturing practice. Relax and enjoy some calm in this very special week with the monks. No yoga experience is necessary.
