Join us in this special event to unwind through yoga and sound leading up to the Thanksgiving holiday. In this 75 minute event, Greg will lead the class through his studio favorite Restorative yoga practice, resting in poses while bathed in the magical vibrations of a Gong and the sounds of Crystal bowls, water and wind instruments led by Lauren. Grounded through the physical practice and the frequencies of sound, all students will leave feeling refreshed and ready for a restful night of sleep.

Please wear comfortable clothes, bring your mat and any extra props that will help you relax deeper into your practice. Props will be available at the studio for use as well.
