Prerequisites - Able to hold 1-2 spins without feet touching the floor on a static pole. Familiarity with various hand grips (half bracket, twisted grip, etc.) and a basic understanding of pirouettes. Previous experience with dancing in heels required. 

Explore an introduction to floating, slinking and skating on the lower third of the pole in this low flow edgework workshop. Dancers will learn a sequence that focuses on heels technique, glides, and transitioning from one shape fluidly into the next. Melt like butter and glide into edgework with Christina. 

Sandals are recommended but not required. Leg warmers or sweatpants are optional. Knee pads are not required.
