About Our Strength Training
Program
Our Small Group Strength Training is the heart of LivFitness and
the foundation for building your strongest, most capable self. Each
session is designed to help you build muscle, improve mobility, and
increase confidence, all in a supportive, boutique studio
environment.
We use a variety of equipment and functional movement patterns to
keep workouts fresh, effective, and challenging, no two sessions
are ever the same. With expert coaching and a focus on proper form,
you’ll work hard, move well, and feel the difference both in and
out of training sessions.
