During the arising tension of the month of January, join Melissa for three classes that provide sustainable strength, stress reduction and meeting oneself with calm self-reflection. These will be special classes that will include breathing exercises, asana both to build strength and flexibility as well as questions of self-inquiry to reflect upon in meditation. Melissa will incorporate teachings from the Yoga Sutras by her longtime, beloved teacher Rama Jyoti Vernon who integrated the eight limbed path of Yoga practice along with global activism for peace.
