Join Melissa on this long holiday weekend to reset and rest. This long session will include a thoughtful sequence interweaving restorative and yin postures with a little unwind in between. As the holiday season begins, pause and replenish your reserves with this relaxing and releasing intensive. Poems, quotes and contemplations on the practice of compassion and gratitude will be included to help us all deepen into the life we have been gifted to live.

In-person class cancellations accepted up to 1 hour prior to the start of class. No shows will be charged.
