Interested in moving along your asana practice? Refining and deepening your experience of familiar asanas, challenging yourself with less familiar asanas? Come experience the Iyengar Method’s use of Wall Ropes to touch the essence of asanas in a way that is exciting, inspiring and physically appropriate - plus FUN! Forward Extensions, Back Extensions, Inversions, and Arm Balancings  will be explored through monthly workshops. 

This series open to Level Two and  Level Two and up students. In-Person Attendance limited to 10 students.

Because in-studio class size is limited, advance registration is highly recommended.

In-person class cancellations accepted up to 3 hours prior to the start of first class. No shows will be charged.

Studio will open 15 minutes prior to the start of each in-person class.
