Interested in moving along your asana practice? Refining and deepening your experience of familiar asanas, challenging yourself with less familiar asanas? Come experience the Iyengar Method’s use of Wall Ropes to touch the essence of asanas in a way that is exciting, inspiring and physically appropriate - plus FUN! Forward Extensions, Back Extensions, Inversions, and Arm Balancings  will be explored through monthly workshops. 

This series open to Level Two and  Level Two and up students. In-Person Attendance limited to 10 students.

LIvestream events are offered through Zoom. You may join the session up to 10–15 minutes before the start time through your account or by using the link we email you. We will send all livestream students a link to the recorded replay with one week unlimited access.
