Breath of Remembrance™ is a transformational modality of breathing that allows us to access subconscious and intuitive material of our psyche through expanded states of consciousness. By working with this material we can gain awareness, process and heal deep traumas, and remember who we are in our full potential.

Breath of Remembrance originated from Lana's practice of Holotropic Breathwork is slightly re-structured to fit the needs of modern practitioners.
