We’re combining yoga, Pilates, and TRX for a dynamic and effective class designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and leave you feeling both powerful and refreshed.
The TRX Suspension Trainer is an incredible tool that uses your body weight and gravity to create a safe, supported way to perform full-body exercises, movements, and stretches.
In this class, you’ll learn foundational TRX yoga and fitness moves while discovering how integrating TRX with movement flows can enhance your balance, strength, and flexibility—key elements of staying active and feeling great as we age.
Think of the TRX Suspension Trainer as both a prop and a supportive guide, helping you achieve movements that might have felt out of reach before, making them more accessible and effective.
