In this 90-minute workshop, we'll explore some of the most frequently practiced yoga poses and learn about common misalignments and habits. We’ll take a look at your current alignment, with modifications offered for the needs of your body, then find safety and optimal alignment through both verbal cues and hands-on adjustments (with consent) in each pose.
