Pelvic floor health is finally being talked about and addressed
in the fitness world and beyond.
This 8-week introduction to Pilates will teach the basics of this
amazing form of exercise and how to incorporate awareness of your
deep core & pelvic floor muscles into your daily activities,
movements and workouts.
We'll combine moves from Pilates and basic fitness. You can then apply this knowledge to whatever activities you love to do to move better and feel better!
If you suffer from:
- incontinence, (in other words, do you leak a little or a lot when
you cough, laugh, jump or sneeze or have a constant urge to
go?)
-low back pain or
-pelvic pain
learning to connect to and activate your deep core muscles
correctly through movement and exercise can help.
Incontinence and pelvic pain do NOT have to be part of your

sitting at a desk for long hours, this class and the knowledge
you'll gain, can help.
Join Core Confidence Specialist and Pilates instructor Leanne
Zdebiak-Eni, for an informative eight-week session that takes place
in the studio in Courtenay, or online from the convenience of your
home.
This session is designed for women of all ages and stages. No previous Pilates experience is necessary.
