This introduction to pelvic floor health and deep-core focus will teach you how to incorporate awareness of these very important muscles into your day. We'll combine movements from Pilates and basic fitness to help you apply this knowledge to whatever activities you love to do.

 

This session is designed for women of all ages and stages. Learning to activate your deep core muscles correctly through movement and exercise is key to maintaining a healthy pelvic floor. We'll talk about retraining before you train, and you'll learn a series of specific exercises you can do anytime, anywhere.
