This half day summer camp will include yoga, games, crafts, and fun! Children are introduced to the benefits of yoga and understanding how to calm yourself down, know what you're feeling, and relate to it with kindness. 

 

A typical day will include:

* Welcome and Circle

* Yoga Games

* Kids Yoga Class

* Snack- time (please send a snack and a water bottle)

* Arts and Crafts

* Read-Story-tive (restorative yoga with story time- yes the kids named this)

* Closing Circle

 

Children ages 5-12 are welcome to register. 

 

*Please note that we need a minimum of 5 children registered to make this camp run. You will be notified and refunded should we not make our minimum by July 1, 2025.

 

Leslie is a registered Children's Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance, and has extensive training in yoga for ages 0-17, in addition to her adult yoga training. She has worked with children for over 20 years, and led many, many kids yoga camps and other summer camps. She has current CPR and First Aid certifications.
