Glow from the inside out in this energizing glow-in-the-dark yoga experience led by Denise Rackley.

Wear clothes that will shine in black lights! White or bright colors work best.

We will move through a fun yoga flow that encourages you to connect with your creativity and embrace what makes you uniquely you. 

Doors open at 6:30pm with time to paint yourself with glow in the dark paint. We will begin our flow at 7:00pm.
