**Get Ready for a Day of Relaxation and Rejuvenation!**

Join us for a **FREE yoga event** in the beautiful Metro Parks on **May 4th from 2-5 PM** with Yoga Revolution CLE! We’re hosting an afternoon filled with good vibes, wellness, and connection. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or brand new to yoga, this event is perfect for everyone. Arrive between  2PM-2:30PM ** to settle in and get ready for a peaceful experience in nature!

Here’s the lineup:

- **Event Location:** Royalview Reserve Picnic Shelter, Strongsville, Ohio 44136  
  *(Please note: This event is not held at our studio location!)*  

**Schedule:** 

-**2PM-2:20PM**- Arrival

- ‍ **2:30-3:15 PM** - Gentle Yoga Flow

- ‍ **3:30-3:50 PM** - Meditation

- **4:00-4:45 PM** - Sound Bath
  - **Event ends at 5 PM**

We’ll begin with a **45-minute gentle yoga flow** designed to stretch and relax your body, followed by a calming **meditation session**, and close with a rejuvenating **sound bath** to help you wind down and find inner peace. The event wraps up at **5 PM**.

Please bring your yoga mat, a blanket, and dress for the weather. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, the event will be cancelled (no rainout date), but let’s cross our fingers for sunshine!
