Step into your power with this Beginner/Intermediate Heels sessional! Join Emily Erickson every Friday evening for an exciting 6-week series focused on building your heels technique fundamentals while learning dynamic choreography that will be showcased at Motives Edmonton's Dance Eurythmic Showcase on February 15th, 2025 at The Lilian Osborne Mac Lab Theatre.

This class is designed for those with some dance experience who want to elevate their confidence, precision, and artistry in heels. Over the course of the session, you will work on developing essential technique, including balance, body control, posture, and footwork, while exploring movement dynamics that are integral to heels dance.

In addition to honing these foundational skills, you will be working on choreography that blends fluidity, attitude, and strength—perfectly tailored for the stage. The choreography will be performed as part of the Dance Eurythmic Showcase, offering a fantastic opportunity to shine and express your unique style!
