Enjoy a 45-minute low-impact workout led by Jillian that combines ballet-inspired movements and strength training set to uplifting music. This unique class allows you to exercise while your little one plays safely beside you. 

Please note that babies will not be in carrier for this class. Additionally, please make sure that you’re cleared for postpartum exercise prior to attending class. 

For this class you will need either grip socks or indoor running shoes.
