We welcome you to join us for a hands-on introduction to Himalayan (Tibetan) singing bowl therapy. Class topics include:

• Introduction to Himalayan (Tibetan) Singing Bowl
• History of Sound and Vibrational Healing
• Benefits of Singing Bowl Therapy 
• Composition of 7 elements representing 7 chakras and planets
• Facilitation of energy clearing, self-healing, aura repair, and chakra balancing

During this workshop, you will choose your own 6”-7” handcrafted Himalayan singing bowl to complement your vibration.

No prerequisite.

Must be able to remove shoes upon entering the yoga studio.

Must be able to sit on the floor during the event. A floor seat (back jack) will be provided.
