I will be bringing all of my nerd Chiro visuals (real spine and all!) and doing a brief anatomy and physiolgy overview, and specifically how to use this knowledge to apply it to your pole dancing. I will show you the most common ailments I see in dancers at my chiropractic practice, and what to do to prevent them ensuring a long healthy dance career! All levels welcome, no special equipment required.
