Ever find yourself frustrated with your flow? Having a difficult time with feeling fluid in your dance? Flow State may just be what you need!

In Flow State edition we will be exploring the power of surrendering to flow through the art of sensual movement.

What to wear: Anything that encourages sliding around the floor. Knee pads, socks and something to cover the shoulders (T-shirt, long-sleeve). Heels not recommended, but can be used at students discretion.
