Prepare to feel re-energized after participating in a gentle prenatal class designed for both you and your partner. You'll leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, deepening your pregnancy practice and gaining a better understanding of the changes you're experiencing, all while enjoying a fun and interactive experience.

Expect engaging activities, movement, breathwork, healthy refreshments, and a special giveaway from lululemon! Join Tara, a dedicated mother of two boys, in embracing this pregnancy journey alongside your partner. Partners, doulas, and support persons are all warmly welcomed.
