Designed to enhance your musicality, confidence, and flow, this progressive workshop begins with individual movement exploration and evolves into creating a collaborative routine. Through a mix of guided prompts and creative freedom, you'll uncover your artistic voice, refine your freestyling skills, and be encouraged to push your boundaries while connecting deeply with music and movement. As your artistic director, Lydia will provide a framework to inspire your creativity while bringing everyones movement together to build a final routine.
