Usually holy fire, Reiki level one is a type of energy healing practice that focuses on self healing and healing others. Ricky is a Japanese technique for stress, reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. It works by channeling universal life, force energy through the hands to promote physical and emotional healing.

With this class you will become more self-aware on techniques for self healing, and healing friends and family member. Including pets or even plants. 

You will learn basic hand positions on the body for the energy transmission to come through your body as a channel to healing

Reiki practitioner level one will receive a placement from a Reiki master teacher, which will open up their energy channels to allow universal life force energy to flow through you

With level one Reiki, you will be taught hands-on healing methods and be provided in instruction to the core principles of Reiki, including the five Reiki principles, the lineage of Reiki, the history of Reiki, and the founder are breaking
