200 Hour Mat Pilates Teacher Training will prepare you to teach a mat Pilates class with no equipment, props, and small equipment. You will learn the Pilates method, anatomy, posture and movement assessment, how to teach a group class as well as design a program for private sessions. 

This training is 6 full in person days plus a shorter virtual session. The only confirmed date is the first day: January 25. The remaining dates will be determined with the group that signs up. 

This training costs $1850. A payment plan is available. If you sign up before January you are able to choose a 4 month payment plan of $462.50. In January that payment plan changes to 3 payments at $616.67. 

*If you sign up for the training with a payment plan and use your credit card for the first payment, Wellness Living will charge your card in one month intervals from the date you register. If you'd prefer to avoid credit card fees, reach out to me and I will sgin you up with a cash or check payment. You can pay with cash, check, or zelle.
