Join us for a 5 week introductory course to aerial fitness featuring each one of our apparatus; pole, silks, hoop, hammock, and bungee! Each week, we will learn basic moves to help you learn more about aerial fitness and the benefits of each apparatus.


This is a great class for beginners, ages 16 and up, and those who have never tried aerial fitness before.
