Hey Morning People, this one is for you! Wednesdays in March at 6:00am, join Taylor for a 1 hour Bootcamp/Yoga combo workout. She'll start you with 40 minutes of butt-kicking bootcamp and you'll end with 15/20 minutes of yoga to stretch it all out and make you feel great to start your day! Beginner - Advanced welcome: modifications will be given for differing abilities. Limited Enrollment. Each Bootcamp Session includes your choice of Ready Protein Water to hydrate and promote muscle building.
