There will be no Thursday night class on Halloween, but we are having a special Halloween-themed HIIT class. 45 Minutes. HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training - we'll alternate between cardio and strength. Paired with a spooky playlist, you'll have a great time in the fun atmosphere paired with glow bracelets. Beginners Welcome.

Use the dumbbells we provide, OR bring a pumpkin to use for your workout (the instructor usually uses a pumpkin around 8lbs). It is mostly used for lunges, squats, and some other moves.
