Start your new year with vibrant energy!

Join Jenn Young and Teresa Dornellas on New Year's Day for a very special event: Reiki & Restore.

We will start with very gentle movement to allow the energy to settle, then we will be instructed to get into a few restorative poses with the support of bolsters and blankets. While we rest comfortably in those poses, Jenn will direct Reiki energy to each participant.

For the last 30 minutes, Jenn will share the messages that came to her for each participant.

This will be a very mellow, pleasant, and relaxing event. We hope it will put you in the best mindset to face the year ahead.  

Dress warm. We have all the props you may need, but if you want to bring your own, that's fine too. Make sure to bring socks.
