This class will focus on stretching and stabilizing the areas of the body that have the most stress through our movement patterns.

We will be tuning into specific areas of the body that require flexibility for beneficial performance in sport and day to day activity.

This will include using a variety of props to help target areas of tightness to prevent injury, as well as deepening your knowledge of body awareness.
