Join us for a gruvnYOGA Holiday Slow Flow/Yin class, led by our biggest Christmas fan and beloved teacher, Katie Syner!

We'll start with a gentle yoga practice of movement and stretch, accompanied by your favorite holiday music. After class, enjoy some eggnog and a cocoa bar while exchanging cookies.

This is a great way to relax, rejuvenate and get into the festive spirit before the busy holiday season. And the time spent in fellowship with your community will fill up your heart!

*Exchanging cookies is totally optional, you're welcome to just enjoy refreshments and socialize after the class!
